Ronald Stoot, born and raised in Heerlen, together with his partner Eric van Veggel, opened a beautiful delicatessen shop on the Saroleastraat in Heerlen. They named their shop Delicious Store.\r\n\r\nA passion for honest and healthy food \u2013 that is the starting point. \u201cWe want people to taste natural and artisanal products. And preferably with a story behind them.\u201d\r\n\r\nIn their shop you wander from one Heerlen story to another. During their walks through the beautiful South Limburg nature, the best ideas bubble up. \u201cHow can we spoil our customers with honest and delicious regional products, preferably inspired by the history of the city of Heerlen?\u201d Romans, the Middle Ages, or the mines, topped with Heerlen as the city of graffiti \u2013 you will find all these themes reflected in one of their products.\r\n\r\nRonald and Eric have already developed several products inspired by the Roman past. They started with the Caumerdal cheese, followed by Limburgica cheese, as well as delicious charcuterie and p\u00e2t\u00e9.
