It is fantastic.\u201d\r\nMarc Hermans \u2014 together with Marc Charlier and Roger Lataster the creative team of the \u201carchaeo-festival Sempervivetum\u201d in Bocholtz \u2014 can look back on a remarkable success.\r\n\u201cTo present local history with solid information and entertainment, with actors on location, was a European first. That is only possible thanks to the actors and actresses \u2014 they are top-class. You also noticed that they really felt connected to the theme. Not standing on a stage but in nature, working with the text and responding to the audience was new for them as well. They considered it a real \u2018treat\u2019,\u201d says Marc Hermans.\r\n\r\nThe entire festival team consisted of 65 staff members, including 25 actors and actresses from nine different theatre associations in the region. Thanks to the success of the first edition, the creative team behind the archaeo-festival is considering another edition in 2024: \u201cWe had hoped beforehand to do this every four years.
