Along the way, you will discover traces left behind by the Romans: some very tangible, like a milestone along the road, and others more abstract, like the landscape itself.<\/p>\n<p>Around two thousand years ago, the Romans built the Via Belgica: a road from Cologne in Germany to Boulogne-sur-Mer in France. In Rimburg, the Via Belgica crossed the small river Worm and entered the Netherlands.
