EXPO – Villa Voerendaal

Did you know that four excavations over the past 130 years have uncovered more than 1,000 years of habitation along the Steinweg in Voerendaal? The excavation has been called “unique in its completeness”, as no other Dutch villa reveals such a rich history.

Admire its fascinating finds up close in the permanent exhibition in the public hall of Voerendaal’s town hall.

Every year, new themes and special objects are added, so there’s always something new to discover about life in the past. Which other peoples lived in Voerendaal? What did their daily lives look like? Be surprised by the many stories each piece of history has to tell!
