WALK – (Free) Roman walk in Tongeren

This is an event organized by the Gallo-Roman Museum in Tongeren.

Step back in time and discover the fascinating Roman heritage of Tongeren, the oldest city in Belgium. During this guided walk, an experienced guide leads you past some of the city’s most important Roman sites, including the statue of Ambiorix, the statue of Emperor Julian, the Roman city wall, and the temple site. A unique opportunity to experience Tongeren’s Roman past up close and learn more about daily life in Atuatuca Tungrorum.
